Become a Transformation Development Practitioner in your community
We offer the possibility to train for your village, your organization or your outreach program one or two Transformation Development Practitioners.
Our program is designed for young, interested individuals who may not have the opportunity for further education after school, or for those who have time for longer-term engagement with our mission.
Participants must have an open spirit for our biblical messages and be willing to work with us day by day at our BACOMA Agricultural Training Farm KUDZIDALIRA pa MOYO.
Trainees are fully integrated into our daily work and teachings, learning through practical experience.
Daily inductive Bible studies, biblical growth groups, and regular prayer times with our team.
Focus on personal growth, including stewardship of resources and developing a servant's heart.
